Return & Refund Policy

At Neera Farm, we are committed to delivering high-quality wood-pressed oils and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Due to the nature of our products (wood-pressed oils ), returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, expired or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch
  • Your package was lost in transit

Conditions to Qualify:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, sealed and in original packaging
  • Clear photo & video proof is required for verification

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Used or opened products
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Damage caused due to customer mishandling
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged,defective/Expired)

3. How to Request Return / Refund check

To initiate a request, contact us with the required details:

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos & videos of product and packaging

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours after reviewing your request.

4. Return Shipping – Check

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong, damaged, expired product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • In other cases, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility

5. Refund / Replacement Process Check

Once your request is approved:

  • You may choose replacement, refund or store in wallet
  • If return is applicable, the product will be inspected upon receipt

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method (UPI / Card or Bank Transfer )

Timeline:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Confirmation will be shared once initiated

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Only part of the order is affected
  • Refund is approved without requiring product return

Each case will be evaluated individually.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Fully refundable if the issue is due to our mistake
  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable
